We’re Jane Watson and Chandra Pepper—two career women, moms, rabble-rousers, and self-professed seekers who refuse to shrink ourselves for anyone. On our podcast, we talk real: from epic screw-ups to big wins, career curveballs, spiritual WTF’s, and the messy, beautiful chaos of modern womanhood. We're empowering women and living large, because small doesn't fit us anymore!

Hi, I’m Jane Watson — actor, teacher, entrepreneur, writer, now podcaster...and (apparently) serial reinventor.
I’ve spent most of my life chasing stories — sometimes on stage, sometimes in front of a classroom, and sometimes behind a desk running a busy medical aesthetics clinic. Somewhere along the way I realized I wasn’t chasing roles anymore — I was chasing meaning.
A few years ago, I hit the great midlife question mark: What the f*** now?
So I did what any sensible woman does when her inner compass starts spinning — I started traveling. Peru. Mexico. Did some crazy psychedelics. In 2026 I'm visiting the mystical medieval town of Alet-les-Bains at Les Marguerites in France to immerse myself in Cathar lore and dig deep. Then to Bhutan, because....Bhutan. You could call it my Eat, Pray, WTF? phase of living - and I have been loving rediscovering who I have become.
Out of this exploration has come The Sage Stage — this podcast I co-host with my friend and fellow theatre nerd, Chandra Pepper. We talk about creativity, change, and what it means to start fresh after 50! Sometimes it’s wise, sometimes it’s messy, but it’s always real.
Mostly, though, I’m interested in how people keep reinventing themselves — how we grow, stumble, and laugh our way into becoming who we actually are.
If that sounds like your kind of chaos, welcome to the stage.

Hi, I’m Chandra Pepper and I’m an eclectic bag of tricks; writer, theatre director, healer, and creative soul who believes in living life as big and bold as possible—no more playing small!
I’m endlessly curious—about people, creativity, self-discovery, and the wild ways art and wellness mix together. Every play or letter I write, every workshop I run, and every laugh I share is a chance to live fully, embrace possibility, and help others do the same. Whether I’m hosting a meditation retreat, writing letters to my imaginary friend Fred, or having coffee-fueled heart-to-hearts, I’m here to live out loud, fill every room with good energy, and invite others to do the same.
I’ve spent years working with neurodiverse teens and directing theatre projects that make space for real people and unexpected stories. I love running a variety of workshops that blend improv, movement, and a bit of spontaneous silliness, always aiming for connection and confidence to shine through. This next chapter is all about standing in my power and showing up as my most authentic self— by guiding corporate meditation workshops, teaching and directing theatre, writing, or helping people through energy healing. Now, I am recording The Sage Stage podcast with my friend Jane Watson!
I’m chasing creative projects and real connections with more honesty than ever before. If you’re looking to step into your own next stage, let’s do it together.
